Typical Accountabilities

• Develop and enhance automated reporting capabilities to monitor adoption metrics and identify agent optimisation opportunities (prompt quality, response quality etc).
• Lead performance tracking & management (accuracy, bias, data security) with Engineering & Governance to drive improvements to a defined roadmap.
• Build dashboards for value realisation and run experiments (controlled pilots).
• Conduct qualitative research with user communities to identify opportunities to increase business value.
• Partner with Prompt Librarian to identify reusable patterns and content gaps.
• Monitor for emerging risks (e.g., bias, drift, data leakage) in agent usage and escalate findings to Governance and Product teams.
• Benchmark adoption and performance metrics against industry standards or internal targets to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to analytics processes, tools, or data sources.
  

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

• Evidence of Product analytics experience, demonstrating understanding of data capture and analysis to underpin data storytelling.
• Understanding of AI quality metrics (groundedness, toxicity, bias) and data privacy basics.
• Relevant experience in stakeholder management across business & IT, including KPI design and management.
• Experience in an Information Services/Information Technology environment with good business acumen.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Familiarity of working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.
• Good communication skills supporting joint working with geographically remote colleagues
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language

Desirable

• Experience with Power BI and M365/Copilot telemetry sources; qualitative research methods.
• Proven experience of working with 3rd party suppliers to improve vendor provided reporting capabilities
• Experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
• Background in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
• Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Data Factory) for data collection and reporting.
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles and their application in analytics and reporting.
